Kistamässan events bring waves of arrivals within the same hour. Booking ahead matters more here than anywhere else on our network: we stagger pickups so nobody waits in a queue of cars at the same entrance.

Delegations arriving on different flights can be grouped into shared vehicles when that suits the schedule better than separate cars.

Most Kista addresses are campuses with several towers and a shared postcode. Naming the company or building means the driver stops where you actually work rather than where the map centre lands.

Getting back to Arlanda

The return leg is short but easy to underestimate, because the E4 northbound slows in the late afternoon. We set a pickup time for the flight you are on, not a generic one.
