What we do

Every journey starts as a request. You tell us where you are going, how many of you there are and how much luggage you have; we confirm the car, the price and the pickup arrangement by email. Nothing is charged and nothing is booked until that confirmation exists.

We work with a small number of licensed drivers who know the airport rather than a large open pool. That is the reason we do not promise a car in three minutes: the point of pre-booking is that the right vehicle is reserved for your flight, not that it is instant.

How we price

Prices are calculated from real road distance for the exact addresses you give us, using the same rates for everyone. There is no airport surcharge, no night tariff and no per-bag fee. The price you see in the planner is the price we confirm, unless the journey itself changes.

Waiting time, extra stops and child seats are priced openly and shown before you send the request, so the total is never assembled after the fact.

How we write about travel

The guides and route pages on this site are written by people who make these journeys, and they follow an internal editorial handbook: no invented statistics, no claims we cannot verify, and practical detail — which terminal exit, how long the walk is, what happens when a flight lands late — instead of marketing language.

Travel times are estimates and we say so. Anything that depends on a third party, such as train timetables or terminal layouts, is checked against the operator's own information and dated when we publish it.

Where we drive

Stockholm Arlanda is our centre of gravity: transfers to and from central Stockholm, Uppsala, Västerås, the cruise terminals and addresses across the wider region. Longer journeys are quoted the same way, from distance.
