What we collect when you request a transfer

A booking request is stored so that we can confirm and carry out the journey. It contains only what the request itself needs:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Pickup and drop-off addresses, and any extra stop
  • Date, time, passenger count and luggage
  • Flight number, when you give one
  • Anything you write in the notes field
  • The calculated price, vehicle class and booking reference

Why we hold it, and for how long

The legal basis is the performance of the transfer you asked for, together with our own obligation to keep records of journeys we have carried out and invoiced. We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not build profiles.

Booking records are kept while they are needed for the journey, for any follow-up, and for accounting. You can ask us to delete a booking record at any time and we will do so unless accounting rules require us to keep it; write to us at the address at the foot of this page.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising or social media trackers.

One small item is stored in your browser regardless of consent: your own answer to the analytics question, so you are not asked again on every page. While you are planning a journey, the details you have entered are also kept in your browser's session storage so a page reload does not lose your progress — that stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

Google Analytics 4 is used to see which pages help people plan a transfer. It loads only after you allow it. Until then, and permanently if you decline, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is written. When it is allowed, we send page paths and funnel steps only — never your name, address, phone number, email, flight number or notes. You can change your answer at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

Third parties involved in the site

Only these services receive data, and only for the purpose named:

  • Lovable Cloud — hosting and the database where booking requests are stored.
  • OpenStreetMap (Nominatim geocoding and OSRM routing) — receives the place names and coordinates needed to find an address and measure the road distance. These requests are made by our server, not by your browser, and carry no booking details or contact information.
  • open.er-api.com — supplies the exchange rates used to show a price in euro or dollars. It receives no data about you.
  • Google Fonts — the two typefaces this site uses are requested from Google's font servers by your browser, which means Google sees the request (including your IP address) as part of delivering the file.
  • Google Analytics 4 — measurement, and only after you allow it.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to open a WhatsApp conversation with us, in which case Meta handles that conversation under its own terms.

Email and the drivers

We reply to booking requests by email, so your request and its confirmation exist in our mailbox. The driver assigned to your journey is given what is needed to carry it out: the name, the addresses, the time, the passenger count and, if you supplied it, the flight number and your phone number.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will answer. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
