Conference delegates, visiting researchers, patients and families make up most of this route. Campus and hospital addresses are large sites with several entrances, so we ask which building you need and drive to that door rather than to the postcode.

Arrivals for early lectures or morning appointments are worth booking with the flight number attached — if the flight slips, the pickup slips with it.

Luggage, instruments and equipment

Research equipment, sports gear and oversized cases need a vehicle chosen in advance. Tell us roughly what you are carrying and the right car is assigned before the day.

Onward travel from Uppsala

Uppsala is a practical base for Gamla Uppsala, Sigtuna and the Mälaren valley. We also run the return leg to Arlanda, which most visitors book at the same time so the departure timing is already agreed.
