Send the ship, not the address

Berth assignments change between sailings, so we ask for the ship name and date and check the quay ourselves. That single detail prevents the most common cruise-day mistake in Stockholm.

Some larger vessels dock at Nynäshamn, about an hour south of the city. It is a different journey entirely, and knowing it in advance means the right price and the right departure time.

Boarding windows and luggage

Boarding usually closes well before departure. We work backwards from the boarding deadline rather than the sailing time, and we assign a vehicle sized for cruise luggage instead of cabin bags.

Disembarkation mornings

Everyone leaves a ship at once. A pre-booked car with your name on it removes the scramble at the quay, and if your flight is later in the day we can drop you in the city first and collect you again for the airport.
