At the hotel the car stops directly at the entrance on the quay. It is a short forecourt and it can be occupied by another arrival, in which case the driver waits a moment rather than dropping you further along the water.

Traffic worth knowing about

The final approach crosses the central island streets, which is where an afternoon arrival loses its time. Events at the nearby quays occasionally close the last stretch, and the driver takes the alternative approach from Kungsträdgården instead.

Going back to Arlanda

The hotel can hold your luggage after checkout, so a late flight does not have to mean carrying bags around the city. Book the return with the outbound journey for the lower per-kilometre rate.
