Stockholm has several cruise berths rather than one terminal, and they are not close together. Stadsgården sits below Södermalm, Frihamnen is out to the east, and smaller ships tie up at Skeppsbron in the old town.

Where the driver meets you and where you are dropped

Meeting is inside Arlanda arrivals with your name.

At the quay the driver stops as close to your ship's entrance as the port allows on the day. Cruise days change the traffic arrangements at the berths, so the exact stopping point is confirmed with you on arrival rather than promised in advance.

Traffic worth knowing about

Embarkation concentrates several thousand people into a couple of hours, and the approach roads to the quays are slow during that window. If your flight lands close to the boarding deadline, say so — we plan for the queue rather than hope it is absent.

Luggage and vehicle

Cruise luggage is heavier than usual. Two travellers with four large cases usually need the larger vehicle; tell us the case count in the request and we will choose the vehicle for it.

Going back to Arlanda after disembarking

Disembarkation is also concentrated. Give us the ship and the arrival morning and the driver will be at the quay for your walk-off time, not the ship's scheduled docking.
