Where the driver meets you
The driver waits inside the arrivals hall with your name, after the baggage belt and customs, not in the car park. If you have given a flight number, the pickup follows the actual landing time rather than the scheduled one.
In the city the car stops at the address itself wherever the street allows it. Some central streets are narrow or one-way, and in a few places the nearest legal stop is a few metres around the corner — the driver will say so rather than circle.
Traffic worth knowing about
The northbound and southbound peaks around Stockholm are real: roughly 07:00–09:00 inbound and 15:30–18:00 outbound on weekdays. Arriving into the city inside those windows can add fifteen to twenty-five minutes over a quiet Sunday morning.
The fixed price does not change because of traffic. That is the point of quoting the route rather than the meter.
Luggage and vehicle
Four passengers with four large suitcases is the point where a standard car stops being comfortable. Tell us the luggage in the request and we will send the larger vehicle instead of discovering the problem at the kerb.
Going back to Arlanda
The return can be arranged in the same request, and the per-kilometre rate is lower when both legs are booked together. For a departure we work backwards from the flight, allowing for the morning peak if the flight is early.
