How much does a taxi from Arlanda Airport cost?
Sweden deregulated taxi fares, so at Arlanda the same journey can legally cost very different amounts depending on which car you step into. Understanding one sticker protects you from the worst of it.

Fares are set by each company, not by the state
There is no official metered rate in Sweden. Every operator sets its own tariff, which is why prices at an airport rank vary far more than visitors expect. Established companies publish fixed prices for common airport routes; opportunistic ones do not.
Read the yellow price label before you get in
Every Swedish taxi must display a yellow label in the rear side window showing the comparison price for a standard 10 km, 15-minute journey. It is the fastest way to compare two cars, and a very high number on that label is the clearest warning sign at the airport.
What actually changes the price
Distance and time of day, the number of passengers and how much luggage, whether the vehicle is a saloon or a van, waiting time after a delayed flight, and whether the fare was agreed in advance or left to a meter.
Longer transfers such as Västerås or Uppsala are almost always better as a fixed price for the car than on a meter.
