      Luggage

      Luggage

Luggage decides the vehicle as much as the number of travellers does. Counting it now means the car that arrives is the car your bags fit into.

      Anything else travelling with you?

Tell us here rather than in a note. Special items change which vehicle we send, and we would rather know before the day than at the kerb.

Standard car, up to 4 passengers

The price is calculated from the actual driving route. Nothing is booked at this step.

Why travellers choose a car for this leg

The rail alternative involves a transfer and a wait, which is fine with a backpack and tiring with a family or a week of work luggage. For two or more passengers the door-to-door price per person is usually comparable.

Because it is a long transfer, we confirm the price for the whole car in writing before you commit — no meter, no surprise at the end.

      Business travel to Västerås

Industrial and energy-sector visitors are the core of this route. Multiple pickups from the same flight and drop-offs at different sites can be combined into one journey when the addresses are known in advance.

      Returning to the airport

Return departures leave earlier than people expect: 90 minutes of driving plus check-in means a mid-morning flight needs a pickup around dawn. We suggest the time and explain the margin so you can judge it yourself.

      Questions about this journey

How long is the taxi ride from Arlanda to Västerås?

Typically 75–100 minutes for about 100 km on the E18. Winter weather and holiday traffic are the main variables, and we build that into the pickup time.
